Welcome to RoboPicto Comics (“Robo Picto,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By browsing, purchasing, or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to protect both parties and keep everything above board. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

Who We Are

RoboPicto Comics offers vintage and modern comics, art, collectibles, and branded merchandise. Some of our inventory is brand new, some is pre-owned, and some dates back to the earliest days of comics. We grade and describe every item to the best of our ability, using the Overstreet Grading Standards as our guide. However, grading remains a human process, and opinions may vary.

Orders & Payments

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and other payment methods listed at checkout. All prices are in USD unless otherwise noted. By placing an order, you authorize RoboPicto Comics (and our third-party processors) to charge your selected payment method for the full order total, including shipping and applicable taxes.

Orders are not considered final until we confirm them. If a listing error occurs—for example, if a rare book is accidentally priced at $1—we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at our sole discretion.

If a payment is declined, flagged for fraud, or reversed after shipment, we reserve the right to cancel your order, suspend your account, and pursue recovery of any outstanding balance.

Once your payment is processed, your order will move into fulfillment. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately—we’ll do our best, but once an order is packed or shipped, it’s typically final.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to the regions listed at checkout. Delivery estimates are just that—estimates. While we make every effort to ship promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Risk of loss transfers to you once we hand the package off to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we’ll help you file a claim, but ultimate responsibility lies with the shipping provider.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds, except in cases where the item you received is materially different from what was described. Digital goods (including downloads, scans, and other non-physical products) are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged or significantly misrepresented, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to provide a resolution, which may include a replacement (if available) or a refund. Claims made after 7 days may not be honored.

Memberships & Subscriptions

Membership programs such as the Picto Space Program may include recurring billing, exclusive offers, and physical or digital benefits. Terms specific to each membership tier will be presented at the time of signup. RoboPicto Comics reserves the right to update or modify membership terms, pricing, or benefits with prior notice. You may cancel your membership at any time, but charges already processed are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including our logo, branding, astronaut mascot, custom designs, product photography, original descriptions, and website layout—is the property of RoboPicto Comics or its content creators and may not be used without written permission.

The comics and collectibles we sell may be based on public domain or third-party intellectual property. We do not claim ownership over the original creative works themselves. Our rights pertain only to the way we present, describe, and brand our offerings.

RoboPicto Comics is committed to making our site accessible to all users, including those with disabilities, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). We strive to ensure compatibility with assistive technologies and screen readers. User Conduct

By using our site, you agree not to engage in any activity that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive to other users. This includes attempting to hack, scrape, or interfere with site functionality or security.

Limitation of Liability

Comics are collectibles—values fluctuate, and we make no guarantees of future appreciation or resale value. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoboPicto Comics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our site or services.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in Worcester, Massachusetts, through binding arbitration or in small claims court, unless prohibited by law.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the site after an update signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
