Hannibal Lecter (Anthony Hopkins) and Buffalo Bill (Ted Levine) are both terrifying in their own ways. Lecter is calm, creepy, and way too smart, while Buffalo Bill is just straight-up disturbing.

Jodie Foster as Clarice Starling is awesome. Sheβs smart, tough, and easy to root for. But letβs be realβHopkins steals the show. He doesnβt have much screen time, but every second heβs on camera is legendary.

The story is simple but gripping. Itβs a race to catch a killer, with creepy moments and mind games along the way. It keeps you on edge the whole time.
