The 8-page Atomic Man story “Kidnapping on the High Seas” features art attributed to Gil Kane and includes the introduction of Carol Stone, marking the character’s final appearance. The issue also includes the 6-page humor feature “Meet Uncle Windy,” introducing Uncle Windy (Archimedes “Windy” Booper).
