Grade: NM 9.4
Edited by Gerry Conway. Indicia publisher: DC Comics Inc.
Cover by Ernie Chua.
Kamandi continues his journey through the post-apocalyptic Earth where animals have inherited civilization and humanity has devolved. This issue features the last boy's ongoing struggle for survival in a world turned upside down, with Ben Boxer among the featured characters. Art throughout by Ernie Chua, working during his transition period when he would soon adopt the professional name Ernie Chan.
From the post-Kirby era of the series, when Conway was steering the title after the King's departure to work on other projects — still carrying forward the epic scope and weird energy of Kirby's original concept.
Condition NM 9.4 — A masterpiece. Sharp, bright, and exactly as it left the spinner rack. Investment grade.. Noting: minor spine stress visible along left edge with slight corner wear on upper right corner. <
We use what the scientists are calling artificial intelligence to research and write our descriptions — it gives us more time to add books to our website and provide you with a wider array of inventory. We think Klaatu would approve. Details are verified but the robot does slip up. We're not infallible. Every book is graded by a human collector who has actually held it.
