This issue of Laugh Comics presents a variety of humor and teen features from the Archie line. The opening Archie story, “I Wanna Do Homework” (7 pages), features Archie attempting to improve his grades while juggling attention from both Betty Cooper and Veronica Lodge. The issue also includes a Jughead feature, “Class Mates” (6 pages), illustrated by Dick Briefer, in which Jughead mistakes Veronica’s visiting uncle for a prowler.
Additional features include a Katy Keene story, “The Poodle,” written and drawn by Bill Woggon with inks by Hazel Marten and background art by Floyd Norman, along with a Suzie story illustrated by Samm Schwartz titled “Root of All Evil.” A Wilbur story drawn by Joe Edwards, titled “It’s in the Bag,” and a Debby and Taffy story by Bill Woggon and Hazel Marten are also included.
Other content includes activity pages, reader puzzles, a short Hollywood gossip text feature, and an Archie public service page drawn by Dave Berg.
Condition VG (4.0) with moderate wear consistent with grade, complete interior, structurally sound, and unrestored.
